Do the family cooks want a vacation, too? The Rhododendron Restaurant offers a broad menu selection along with breathtaking views of the gorge from our floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to the main dining area, a banquet room is available for meetings and group gatherings. Or if you want a very private gathering, the restaurant can cater an event anywhere within the park. The restaurant is open April 1, or if Easter falls in March, the Saturday before Easter through October 31 Operating hours In April, May, September, and October: The restaurant is closed Monday through Thursday; It is open Friday - Sunday: 7 am - 9 pm. The restaurant is open daily from the Friday prior to Memorial Day through Labor Day from 7 am - 9 pm. The Rhododendron Restaurant is closed during the remainder of the year. The Rhododendron Conference Center offers 6,000 square feet of flexible meeting space suitable for any gathering from wedding receptions to banquets, meetings, or parties of any size. The space can be divided into three separate rooms and can accommodate up to 525 people, depending on the set-up of the room.
